Denis Arh bdd9318f93 Refactor and improve DAL implementation and init 
Changes:
 - Boot initialization follows standard impl
 - Improved DAL connection management (adding, reloading, removing)
 - Cleaner and more detailed logging
 - Primary store connection is now reused when added to DAL
