If a third party institutes a claim against or one of its employees, or volunteers, or if the Public Prosecutor starts an investigation or criminal proceedings against one of these parties, as a result of the work carried out by the in the framework of this agreement, then the must lend his full cooperation to for the defence against such a claim, investigation or criminal proceedings.
