### New `planning` elements in `activityinfo/meta`
The old `<testingduration>` element has been replaced by the following elements:

<end><!--date in ISO format (YYYY-MM-DD) or TBD-->YYYY-MM-DD</end>
</planning>
```
Accordingly, the old `<p_testingduration/>` placeholder element has been replaced by `<p_startdate>` and `<p_enddate>`.
