Tomaž Jerman 7a85cf3e1a Change alteration merge to remove all found duplicates 
Before it terminated too quickly so it would incloude half of the
duplicates.
This would cause a problem if we added multiple bits with the same
ident (nested record values for example).

Tomaž Jerman 462619f2b9 Change logs to encode uint64 values as strings 
This is due to us introducing the web console and the uints needing
to be string encoded (because of JavaScript).
